Generation time is not fixed. It varies with video length, shot count, content complexity, quality mode, queue load, AI provider response and network conditions. Cross-region access may be slower. Keep the page open or check Projects later, and avoid repeated taps while a task is running.

Include your signed-in email, project title, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.
