Service

Cinelo provides short-video scripts, character and scene design, storyboards, image assets, voiceover, captions, BGM choices, video generation, editing and export tools.

Account and Credits

Your account identifies your projects and usage rights. Free time, purchased credits, daily limits and delivery status follow system records.

Usage Rules

Do not create illegal, infringing, explicit, violent, fraudulent, false medical or financial, or rights-infringing content.

Generated Content

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, commercial use or distribution.

AI Content Labels

Generated results and exports may include AI-generated content labels. Keep required labels when publishing or sharing, and do not falsify or conceal them.

Content Processing

Inputs, prompts, feedback and generated content may be checked for safety. Violations may be blocked, removed or recorded.

Account Actions

Abuse, unsafe generation or attacks may lead to limits, account suspension or removal of violating content.

Service Changes

Templates, credits, pricing and features may change for compliance, cost and operational needs.

Account Deletion

You can delete account data in the app or submit a request at Delete Account.
