Cinelo helps create short-video scripts, character profiles, scene settings, storyboards, image assets, voiceover, captions, BGM choices and video outputs. We process only the data needed to provide and improve the service.

Information We Collect

Account identifiers, sign-in email/provider data, prompts, generation settings, generated outputs, image records, audio records, video records, caption files, BGM choices, order records, feedback content, support contact details and request logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information for account identity, history, credit limits, content safety, payment verification when supported store billing is enabled, support troubleshooting and service improvement.

Permissions

Voice input may use microphone access. Uploading references or saving generated images and videos may use photo or file access. Sign-in may open Google, Apple or email verification flows. We request only permissions needed for the selected feature.

Third-party Services

Script, image, speech recognition, voiceover and video generation may use third-party AI services. Store billing, sign-in, content safety and support may use platform services.

Content Safety

User inputs and prompts may be checked for unsafe or prohibited content to block violations and prevent abuse.

Storage and Deletion

You can delete account data in the app or submit a request at Delete Account. Projects, images, audio records, video records, caption files, feedback and credit data are cleared. Records required by law may be retained in anonymized form.

Children

Minors should use this service only with guardian consent and must not submit sensitive personal information or other people's private information.
